Policies (Please read carefully)
Notice to all new clients: A credit card is required to be placed on file to hold all appointment times.
- NEW CLIENTS: Call the office at 713-384-9793 or fill out the contact form. I will get back with you as soon as possible. If you send a request after 6:00 pm I will contact you before 11 am the next morning.
- Credit Card on File: All clients are required to have a credit card on file to book appointments and to hold all session times.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: A 24 hour advanced notice is required to reschedule or cancel your booked session time without incurring a fee. If you do not cancel/reschedule before 24 hrs a cancellation fee/reschedule fee of $35 or half the session rate booked (whichever is greater) will be charged to your card on file. I do understand that emergencies arise from time to time and that will be taken into consideration.
- No Show: Full session price will be charged to your card on file if you do not show up for your appointment.
- Last Minute Session Time Changes: If you call the day of your massage to reschedule your massage session it is the same as a cancellation. A charge of $35 or 50% of session (whichever is greater) will be charged to your card on file.
- Late Policy: Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to get paperwork signed and talk about any health changes. Your appointment starts at your scheduled time. If you are late you will receive the remainder of your session time.
- Gift Cards: If you are using a gift card the same cancellation/no show/late policy is in effect. No exceptions.
